Staff & Leadership

  • Kyle Emery

    Lead Pastor

Thank you for taking the time to check out our website and specifically to look at our staff page. I am honored to have been called to lead this great group of believers! A little about me: My wife Emily and I were married in 2012, and the Lord has blessed us with four wonderful children. I was born and raised in Hutchinson Kansas and was blessed to have godly parents who made sure that I knew the truth about Christ! I accepted Christ and made Him the Lord of my life at a young age and felt the Lord calling me into ministry when I was 18. I graduated from Southwest Baptist University and Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Prior to accepting the call to serve at Sharon I was the pastor at Zion Hill Baptist Church in Centralia Illinois. My prayer for you is that you will find peace with God through His Son Jesus Christ!

  • Garret AGee

    Youth Pastor

Garret grew up in church and accepted Jesus as a child. He has been serving in a

leadership role in youth ministry since he was in youth group himself. Prior to being called to Sharon Baptist Church he led the student ministries at Prospect Baptist Church and 3 Wooden Crosses Cowboy Church. He has a business degree from Wichita State University and a Masters of Arts in Applied Ministry from Liberty University. The purpose and passion which lies behind his efforts in youth ministry is an earnest desire to serve Jesus with all of his might and to help raise up a new generation which passionately serves and follows Jesus. He believes the purpose of church youth group is to equip students to live as Christ teaches in their daily life, and build the Christian friendships which are necessary for staying faithful to God’s calling; all while having a blast.
